Once again the Flying Mitten

On Monday I just had to pop in the knitting café Lentävä Lapanen again.

The shop is just a little over one year old.

It looks like knitters have found this wonderful place and their great selection of yarns from near and far.

These yarns are from near, from Finnish sheep.

I wonder if they could start a day care group for yarn addicts?

  1. I never tire of your trips to the Flying Mitten.
The idea of day care for crafters is wonderful.

  2. My favorite shop name! Would you be a regular member of the day care group for yarn addicts? I'm so happy to hear the Flying Mitten has been a successful shop.

  3. Oh, what a lot of wool! Lots of people have started to knit here in Norway too. The cafè-knitting is popular here as well:-)

  4. Sounds like a great idea, Ulla. It'd be a way for the owner to be more profitable. Anything that would keep her in business should be considered.

  5. Your shop is such a breath of fresh air, Ulla! Pretty, bright, and so nicely stocked! I'd be a yarn addict for sure if there was one in our town!
    Cheers!
