This week I'll show you two of the teacups/coffee cups my mother gave me from her cellar when I moved away from home to start my own household. I believe both of these have belonged to my often mentioned Great Auntie Saima, our spare grandmother who lived in the same household as my grandparents for many years.
This butterfly cup I used for tea, because it is wider and larger.
Aren't the flowers pretty, too?
This was my coffee cup; I used to drink coffee at that time. The curvy edge looks nicer than it feels!
English roses, red and beautiful.
I have more cups to show, but I need to check some background information from my mother first, so they will wait until next week.
